Cape Breton University pays tribute to the late Kji-Keptin Alex Denny by naming the Mi’kmaq Language Lab after him. On hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony were Alex Denny’s family from left, Kji-keptin Andrew Denny, grand daughter Susy Denny, Alex Denny’s wife, Janet and grandson Sander Denny.

Sydney –On May 1, Cape Breton University’s Unama’ki College formally named its language lab in honour of the late Kji-keptin Alexander Denny (1940-2004).
