3.04 Community Election Process
a.) Members of each respective community must conduct an election process every two years. NSNWA Community Election Protocols are available from the NSNWA head office.
b.) Notices of the dates to be advertised in the Mi’kmaq/Maliseet News, as well as in the communities.
c.) Results of the community election process must be submitted within 30days of the event.
