International Aboriginal Youth Internship Program that took place in 2011-12. Ten youth, divided in three groups, took part in the four month program which was held in Tanzania, Nicaragua and Peru.

Canada World Youth recently celebrated the talent, determination and social engagement of four impressive young leaders, during our 2012 Youth Leadership Awards. We received 60 nominations this year, from 19 countries – all young people leading important initiatives that support sustainable change in their communities, many under some very challenging circumstances.
