During the 2012 Annual General Assembly The Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq (CMM), had passed a motion, which saw the creation of the Mi’kmaq Project for Innovation and Collaboration (MPIC).
The Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq and Council support the creation of a Mainland Mi’kmaq Benefits Committee. This Committee will pursue Socio-Economic Opportunities for CMM Bands and invite other Mi’kmaq-Mainland Bands.
