The new look of Millbrook’s website.

The Millbrook First Nation has switched to our new website, it is easier to navigate and it is also updated to a responsive design that will resize the page to fit any screen size, whether it’s your phone, tablet, Personal Computer or a smart TV the information will be displayed properly. The homepage will have a slideshow banner located at the top which will promote the latest events or articles online.

The homepage can also feature videos, which we will be producing through out the year. At the bottom of the home page is the what’s happening section which will feature the three latest news stories which also include job opportunities and newsletters (white paper) and two upcoming events (post it notes). The event calendar brings a full calendar page which can be filtered by tags. Each event is selectable, this will bring up an information page on the event. The event information shows title, time and date, details, upcoming & past occurrences and add to calendar feature which will save the event into your digital calendar on your desktop or mobile device. There will be a page for community locations which will have a write up and display a picture of the area, which will be good for people from out of town. I am proud of the work that went into this website, I hope band members will enjoy it and use it daily. www.millbrookfirstnation.net is the only official website for the Millbrook First Nation, The Millbrook First Nation does not operate official social media sites.
