Trinity Stephens, a grade six Truro Junior High School student from Millbrook First Nation, won 1st place in the Junior division of the Royal Canadian Legion’s Remembrance Day Contest with her black & white poster submission. She competed against 14 other participating Nova Scotia schools. Her first place poster will be sent to Ottawa for judging at the National level.
