When people first hear the word yoga they think of difficult balances, tangles limbs and uncomfortable yoga postures. What many might not know that there is more to yoga then just those postures; you learn body awareness, breath awareness and being kind to yourself and others. On July 4th, a free yoga was offered by Catherine Knockwood, the founder of Sacred Mandala Yoga & Wellness.
