Mi’kmaw Men and Women Warriors worked their biceps, triceps, pectorals and just about every other muscle north of their ankles bulges when they deadlift pounds and pounds of cold, hard steel. Errrgh!

The veins in their humongous necks almost pop through their skin when they strain like a tow truck-pulling a beat up car to squat even more weight.

Are these Warriors nuts?

Fortunately, no. Like those who thrive on hang gliding off rocky cliffs or sailing around Cape Breton, these Warriors are just having a good type of fun.
