If you want to be healthy, eat a garden!

Every day when you wake up in the morning, you can see the sun rising in the East and then setting in the West. Every day the same thing happens, so you become accustomed to that sort of activity.

Most of the people in Nova Scotia get a ‘Flyer Pack’ of ads telling them what is on sale at the local supermarkets and big box stores each week. We become accustomed to getting that and feel harmed in some slight way if these flyers do not arrive each week. Just like we are missing something.
