I would like to begin by welcoming everyone to this year’s 2013 Special Chief’s Assembly here in Gatineau, Quebec. I have had an exciting and busy travel schedule since our Annual General Assembly in Whitehorse, and am pleased to share with you some of the highlights and activities I have had the opportunity and privilege to be involved in.
