Millbrook – Twenty Five years after the Royal Commission into the wrongful conviction of the late Donald Marshall Jr., the Mi’kmaq –Nova Scotia- Canada Tripartite Forum held the Donald Marshall Symposium at the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre in Membertou, Nova Scotia.
