Twenty-five students in Grades 8-12 from Sipekne’katik School in Indian Brook completed the Kids, Cops & Computers program, a partnership of the RCMP Foundation, HP Canada and the Merry Go Round Children’s Foundation. The program provides students with improved access to technology, digital literacy and encourages them to achieve their full academic potential and make a positive impact in their communities. It also allows an opportunity for students to connect with police. Over the course of five weeks, students completed five, one-hour learning sessions delivered by Cpl.
