The Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq is at once delighted and saddened to announce that Kenny Prosper, the hospital interpreter Liaison in Halifax, officially retired from his position on November 18, 2019.

Kenny Prosper has been working as the Hospital Interpreter Liaison in the Halifax area hospitals since October 31, 1994. For 25 years Kenny has helped clients from across the Atlantic navigate the health care system in the Halifax area hospitals as well as provides interpreter services in Mi’kmaq.
