In August 2012, three First Nation youths as well as two other Halifax youths landed a role in CBC’s Cross Country Fun Hunt Show. Levi and Sage Marshall, Justin Knight, Jacob Luedee and Patrick Lynch with Jordan Francis (Host of Cross Country Fun Hunt). They spent a day trying to make an impression for Halifax as an appealing tourist attraction showing off the fun in the Shubenacadie tidal bore and the potential geo-caching in the Bedford Area. The Halifax destination has been nominated for a free concert with Victoria Duffield and Jordan Francis. The kids need your votes on the Cross Country Fun Hunt website, starting on December 01, in order to move to the final stage of the contest. The destination with the most votes wins a free concert and Levi, who entered the contest, may have a chance to MC a large concert in Halifax.

Levi is an inspiring young film director who had made the semi-finals this year in the annual Viewfinders Film Festival. Levi tried hard to drum up votes when he reaches certain goals for example: 100 likes, he completes a challenge such as a pie in the face and more, which can seen on his u-tube account. Levi has a spirited personality and put a lot of effort into making this happen for himself, his friends and potentially Halifax. We need more people in Nova Scotia to participate by voting. We want our Province’s capital to be recognized as Canada’s most Fun place to visit. We could hold this title…..POST A “LIKE” LEAVE A COMMENT, LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!!!
